EP, do you have an ETA on when a release to fix this might be. Or is it a back shelf thing

Sorry Ep. Forgot to respond. I keep getting a error when attempting to export the twx database to send to corpies. I don't konw the specifics of why it happens but that will also cause an error when shutting down twx via the mouse.

I've had this problem. EP told me he thought it was related to sector parms. I have noticed that if I make a warpspec, create a new DB, import the warpspec and then xport to a .TWX it doesn't have the same problem. That's a nasty workaround but atleast it seems to work, hence it does seem related to some kind of sector parm use.

That is a workaround but defeats the purpose of using the twx file. If they just needed the universe can send them the warpsepc.

Yea, atleast Swath can get an updated visual map.
I agree on defeating most of the purpose of the data... I've been using data export and import files, similar to the way CK's fig file looks (1 word per sector). It's a messy way of exchanging and storing data but atleast it works.
I suspect that if this is a parms-related issue then, at some point, they'll need to be kept outside of the main database anyway.

TBH, you are using 2.04, right?
If you guys have a specific database that routinely causes the error, could you zip it and email me?
